Turn these Exit Slips in at the end of the month only. At the end of each lesson, it will be filled out like the Do Now, except it will be a question that will measure whether or not you mastered the lesson/objective. These will be for my knowledge only, in order to provide you with remediation in the skill areas that are lacking. They may be given every day or every few days, depending on how long we work on that particular objective.

You will be working together to construct a Yukon expedition. 
In groups, you will be:
A) Researching the websites given in order to answer the questions pertaining to your group
B) Combining information together with your larger group
C) Synthesizing and constructing a powerpoint including all categories assigned for your large group.

Using the websites linked in the document, perform research based on the author, Jack London, and respond to the assigned questions.

This assignment will be split into 3-4 days- Do NOT TURN IN UNTIL ALL STEPS ARE COMPLETE.

Day 1, after listening and participating in the lesson using strategies to annotate, you will: 
1) First annotate the next 2 paragraphs with a partner.
2) Then annotate the rest of the passage independently


Day 2, after learning about ways to gather a strong summary (also through SWBST), you will:
1) Construct a summary
2) Annotate the questions for understanding and analysis
3) Answer the questions


Day 3, after listening and participating in how to respond to an open ended question accurately and elaborately, you will:
1) Complete the open ended response
2) Re-read for clarity and accuracy

If you did not finish completing the character chart sheet for "And Then There Were None" that was assigned not long ago, please complete this tonight as a review for your final test on Friday, January 27th.

After reading the Epilogue of the book, complete the corresponding questions attached.

Read chapter 9 of And Then There Were None. Answer all of the attached questions, using evidence to support your responses.

If you finish early, work on independent reading.

Complete the assignment by Thursday, 10/27 to received the full 15 points.
