Hello! My name is Mrs. Melissa Krashias, and I am so excited to welcome your child to my class this school year!

This is my second year teaching and my first year teaching at the middle school level. Prior to this year, I taught 4th and 5th grade Resource. As a certified special education teacher, I am passionate about helping students recognize their strengths, build confidence, and become independent learners. I believe that every student learns differently, and I enjoy finding creative, hands-on ways to make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful. My classroom is a place where students are encouraged to ask questions, take risks, make mistakes, and keep trying! I strive to create a supportive environment where every student feels valued, capable, and empowered to grow. I look forward to working together throughout the school year to support your child's academic, social, and emotional growth. I am excited for a wonderful year of learning, growth, and new experiences!
