Mrs. Hickey's Science Class

Hello Parents and Guardians,

Since each student in the district has been placed on Home Instruction due to COVID-19, I will be posting the instruction and instructional activities on my Google Classroom for each day that school is not physically in session.  I will also be online and available by email at from  9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to answer any and all questions you may have.  Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you have. Please send any building level questions to either our principal or vice-principal(s).  We will all be here to support your children and our community during these difficult times.

Good morning parents and students. MMS is going to have a "Virtual Team Spirit Week" next week. Let's reach for 100% participation. Students will email pictures to their first period teachers that will be added to the Team Presentation. Students will receive further directions from their first-period teachers on Monday. Be ready. Let's have some fun!
Here's the schedule;
  πŸ“£ Miss You Monday Show your classmates what you miss most about MMS.

πŸ“š.πŸ’ Study Buddy Tuesday - Show MMS who you have been working with. A pet, sibling, your favorite stuffed animal? Snap a selfie and share it with your first-period teacher.

🎧 πŸ–₯ Work It Wednesday - Show your classmates your β€˜new’ workspace. Snap a selfie where you are getting your work done!

🍎 Dress Like A Teacher Thursday Dress like a teacher day! Snap a selfie of you dressed like a teacher and send it to your first-period teacher!

 πŸƒ πŸ’ƒFitness Friday It’s important to stay active and get fresh air. Have you been walking outside? Skateboarding? Playing basketball? Doing yoga? Snap a picture of how you are staying fit.
Congratulations, students. You have done an amazing job emailing your teachers, getting your work done and adjusting to this situation. Your teachers and counselors and principals are here for you. Email us at any time to let us know how you doing.
Have a wonderful weekend,
Mrs. Nieliwocki
